About Me
About Me
Hi!
I’m a graduate of the Acupuncture program at MacEwan University. My path into acupuncture was both professional and deeply personal. I come from a background in healthcare, where I spent years supporting clinical and laboratory settings. But long before I pursued it as a career, acupuncture was already a part of my life.
Having received acupuncture treatments since childhood, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful and transformative this form of medicine can be. It helped me through periods of stress, injury, and imbalance—and it planted the seed for a lifelong respect for holistic healing.
The COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point. Witnessing its impact on physical and mental health deepened my desire to help others in a more integrative and preventative way. That shift led me naturally to Traditional Chinese Medicine and ultimately to formal training in acupuncture at MacEwan University.
At MacEwan, I developed strong clinical skills treating a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain, neuropathy and muscle-skeletal pain. I now blend my professional healthcare background with a lifelong appreciation for Eastern medicine, offering a balanced, patient-centered approach to care.
I believe in creating a safe, welcoming space where healing happens on every level—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re curious about acupuncture or returning to it, I’m here to support you on your path to wellness.
